4 hours tour by becak (traditional Tuk-Tuk).
Price includes: becak, petrol, driver, guide, local lunch
Explore Bukit Lawang’s surrounding – rice fields, rubber plantations, coconut plantations. See how tofu and brown sugar gets produced. Visit the rice factory. Drink young coconut water from coconuts cut fresh from the tree. If we are lucky, you may get the change to visit a local wedding. Tourists are always welcome to join the party.

price includes: experienced guide, equipment (tubes, safety jacket & helmets for children), rafting crew, local bus fare.
Cruising in the river with accasional exciting parts. This tubing fun takes around 2,5 hours. Enjoy the sceneariy of the jungle, spot some buffalos or monitor lizards. Jump out of the tube and refresh. On the trip you will see locals – children playing/swimming in the water and women washing their clothes.
1/2 day tour
This is a 45 minutes walk through rubber and fruit plantations. Thomas Leaf monkeys and other monkeys may cross our way. Our guide will explain you the different kinds of fruits and plants.
There are three chambers inside, which are full of stalagmites and stalactites, many bats on the roof and swallow birds on the walls. You will explore this impressive cave system by with your guide.
3 hours tour / only on fridays

Get in touch with the locals and buy exotic fruits or vegetables. Every friday the farmers sell their products like rubber, chicken and fish, fruits, vegetable and so much more.
The market takes place in the village Gotong Royong next to Bukit Lawang. Our guide will take you on this small tour by becak (traditional Tuk-Tuk). He will be happy to answer all your questions about local life and products.
